  • Payments must be made in full before access to our AI-powered website solutions is granted.
  • Subscription plans and one-time purchases are charged based on the pricing plan selected.
  • All fees are listed in USD (unless stated otherwise).

3. Payment Methods Accepted

4. Automatic Billing & Renewals

  • Subscription-based plans are billed automatically each month/year based on the plan selected.
  • Customers can cancel their subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
  • Failed payments may result in the suspension of services until the issue is resolved.

5. Refund Policy

  • One-Time Purchases: Payments for one-time website purchases are non-refundable once the website has been delivered.
  • Subscription Plans:
    7-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers.
    ✅ Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
    ✅ After the 7-day period, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are not applicable for domain purchases, custom integrations, or add-ons.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

7. Late Payments & Account Suspension

  • If payment fails, we will notify you via email.
  • If payment is not completed within 7 days, your account may be suspended or downgraded.
  • After 30 days of non-payment, your account may be permanently deleted.

8. Taxes & Additional Fees

  • Prices displayed do not include local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.).
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or exchange rate differences.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
  • Disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will be issued only if found valid.
