1. Project Scope & Deliverables

  • We provide ready-made AI-powered websites with built-in automation, SEO, and marketing tools.
  • Customizations beyond the standard design and feature set may require additional fees.
  • Deliverables include:

    ✅ AI chatbot and automation tools (if applicable)

2. Design & Development Process

Our web design process follows these key steps:

3️⃣ Review & Approval: You’ll receive a preview link to review the website.

✅ Growth Plan: 5-7 business days
✅ Pro Plan: 7-10 business days (with advanced AI & automation)

3. Revision Policy

  • Each package includes a specific number of revisions:
    ✅ Basic Plan: 1 revision
    ✅ Growth Plan: 3 revisions
    ✅ Pro Plan: 5 revisions
  • Additional revisions beyond the allotted number may incur an extra charge.
  • Revisions are limited to design adjustments, content changes, and minor functionality tweaks.
  • Major structural changes or new feature requests require an additional quote.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth development process, the client is responsible for:
✔️ Providing accurate and timely business details (logo, content, branding guidelines, etc.).
✔️ Reviewing and approving the website within the agreed timeline.
✔️ Communicating all revision requests clearly and concisely.
✔️ Ensuring domain ownership and renewal (if using your own domain).

💡 Delays in providing required materials may affect the project timeline.

5. Website Ownership & Access

  • Once the project is completed and payment is received in full, you own the website.
  • MediaPosit reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
  • If hosting is provided by us, administrative access may be limited for security reasons.

6. Hosting & Maintenance (If Included)

  • If you opt for MediaPosit’s hosting, we handle uptime monitoring, security updates, and backups.
  • If you choose third-party hosting, we provide website files for migration.
  • We offer monthly maintenance plans for ongoing updates and security patches (optional).

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
  • After Work Begins: Partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed.
  • After Website Delivery: No refunds once the website has been approved and launched.

💡 For subscription-based services, cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle.

8. Support & Troubleshooting

  • We provide 30 days of free support for bug fixes or minor adjustments after launch.
  • Support includes technical troubleshooting and minor updates but excludes new feature additions.
  • After 30 days, continued support requires a maintenance plan or hourly billing.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Any content, images, or branding provided by the client must be legally owned or licensed.
  • MediaPosit is not liable for copyright infringement claims related to client-provided content.
  • AI-generated content may be used, but the client is responsible for reviewing its accuracy.
